Please read this document carefully before using the 100cuxi platform. By registering or accessing any part of our platform, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to comply with all terms stated herein.

Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the 100cuxi platform — whether through our website, mobile app, or any other digital channel we provide — you automatically agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of this document, you are not permitted to continue using 100cuxi's services.
These terms apply to all users who register an account, make a deposit, use any gaming feature, or simply browse our platform. Users who are below the minimum age required by local law are not permitted to register or use any100cuxi services.
100cuxi reserves the right to modify, add to, or amend these terms at any time without prior notice. It is the user's responsibility to review this page periodically to ensure they remain up to date with the latest version.
Account Creation & Security
Each user is permitted to hold only one registered account at 100cuxi. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or closure of all associated accounts without notice.
When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Providing false or inaccurate details during registration may result in your account being suspended and any balance becoming non-reclaimable.
You are solely responsible for keeping your password and account login details confidential. 100cuxi will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised use of your account. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your permission, please contact our support team immediately.
Minimum Age Requirement
All 100cuxi users must be18 years of age or older. Our platform does not accept registrations from underage individuals. We reserve the right to request age verification at any time and to suspend any account that fails to meet this requirement.
User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
100cuxi users are responsible for ensuring that their use of the platform complies with all laws and regulations in force in their jurisdiction. 100cuxi is not liable for any legal consequences arising from the use of this platform outside of permitted jurisdictions.
Users are strictly prohibited from:
- Using software, bots, or automated scripts to access or manipulate the platform.
- Sharing your account with others or allowing third parties to access your account.
- Spreading false, deceptive, or misleading information about the platform or its games.
- Engaging in any activity that may disrupt the technical operations or integrity of the 100cuxi platform.
- Attempting to exploit system vulnerabilities, bonuses, or promotions in an unauthorised manner.
Violating any of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension, bonus forfeiture, and/or freezing of existing balances.
Payments, Transactions & Currency
All transactions on the 100cuxi platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Deposits can be made via supported payment channels, including local bank transfers, FPX, and approved e-wallets. Users are responsible for ensuring they use a valid payment method registered in their own name.
100cuxi reserves the right to decline or withold any transaction suspected of involving fraud, money laundering, or a breach of platform policy. In such cases, we reserve the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal.
Minimum and maximum limits for deposits and withdrawals vary by payment method and are subject to change. All bonuses and promotions offered by 100cuxi are subject to their own wagering requirements, as stated in the relevant promotion terms.
Users are not permitted to transfer balances or bonuses between accounts. Any attempt to do so may result in balance forfeiture and account closure.
Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
Limitation of Liability
100cuxi does not guarantee that the platform will operate without interruption or technical errors at all times. We will not be held liable for any direct or indirect losses arising from service disruptions, technical failures, or data loss beyond our control.
100cuxi's maximum liability to any user under any circumstance is limited to the total amount deposited by that user in the 30 days prior to the claim being made.
Intellectual Property
All content on the 100cuxi platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, and software — is the exclusive property of 100cuxi or our licensors. Users may not reproduce, distribute, or use any such content without prior written permission.
Third-Party Links
The 100cuxi platform may contain links or references to third-party services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites. Use of third-party services is entirely at the user's own risk.
Account Closure, Changes to Terms & Governing Law
Account Suspension & Closure
100cuxi reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time if there is evidence of a terms violation, fraudulent activity, or behaviour that compromises the integrity of the platform. In the case of a justified closure, any remaining balance — following a review — will be returned to the user via the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
Users may also request to close their own account at any time by contacting the100cuxi support team. Any active balance will be processed for withdrawal once all applicable conditions have been met.
Changes to Terms
100cuxi reserves the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to users via a notice on the platform or to their registered email. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from the use of the 100cuxi platform will be resolved through designated channels in accordance with mutually agreed procedures.
